2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To deliver the service provided by our app.
• To adapt the app based on user patterns and to further develop the app.

The legal basis for our processing is:

• For delivering our service to users (i.e., operating the platform where users can meet and find activity partners): GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (necessary for the performance of a contract).

Your personal data is collected directly from you when you create or update your profile on Wavii.

7. Storage of Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored as long as you have a user account with us. If you are inactive for more than 12 months, we will contact you by email. If you do not respond, your data will be deleted by our system.

8. Automated Decisions, Including Profiling

We do not make automated decisions concerning you or your personal data.

9. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us using the contact information in section 1 above.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before the withdrawal. The withdrawal will only take effect from the time of the request.
